Engelberg Conservation Easement

Late last year, Judy, Daniel, and Eliza Engelberg donated a conservation easement along a familiar stretch of scenic M-119. Located three miles north of Good Hart, the easement will protect 175 feet of frontage within a long, undeveloped portion of the road.

To date, the Little Traverse Conservancy’s effort to protect the M-119 corridor has resulted in 83 projects protecting 2,190 acres with 6.8 miles of scenic frontage. It is comforting to know that large portions of this incredible roadway will be protected...forever.
